DESCRIPTION OF CLASSES
SPINNING:
THIS IS A GREAT CARDIOVASCULAR WORKOUT DONE ON STATIONARY BIKES. THE CLASSES WILL BE FORMATTED TO ACHIEVE STRENGTH AND CARDIOVASCULAR ENDURANCE. THIS CLASS WILL HELP ALL LEVELS GET A GREAT WORKOUT ..AND IS A GREAT ADDITION TO AN EXISTING INDOOR TRAINING WORKOUT … FOR THOSE OF YOU GETTING READY FOR THE OUTDOORS.
SPIN & CORE
THIS IS A CARDIOVASCULAR WORKOUT FINISHING WITH 15 MINUTES OFF THE BIKE TO FOCUS ON “CORE” MUSCLE GROUPS. YOU WILL FOCUS ON DEEP ABDOMINAL MUSCLES AND STABILIZERS ,LOW BACK, OBLIQUES, AND MUCH…MUCH MORE : )
SPIN CIRCUITS
A 40 MINUTE CARDIO CLASS WITH CIRCUITS FOLLOWING.. ON THE MACHINES. GET THOSE MUSCLES READY!!!!

A 40 MINUTE CARDIO CLASS WITH A LITTLE STRETCH TO COOL YOU DOWN..AND LENGTHEN THOSE MUSCLES… FOR ALL LEVELS..
YOGA:
THIS CLASS IS BASED ON BERYL BENDER-BIRCHES CLASS FOR THE NEW YORK ROAD RUNNERS. IT FOLLOWS THE ASTANGA PRINCIPLES. IT WILL HELP DEVELOP UPPER BODY STRENGTH, CORE STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY AND BALANCE.

A CLASS BASED ON THE PHILOSOPHY OF JOSEPH PILATES. THE CLASS WILL TEACH CORE STRENGTH AND AWARENESS. THE CLASS WILL FOCUS ON OVERALL STRENGTH, INCREASED RANGE OF MOTION, FLEXIBILITYAND DEVELOP LEAN AND ELONGATED MUSCLES TO HELP SUPPORT YOUR BODY AND PREVENT INJURIES.
